Terms & Condition

The Done Card can only be obtained by individuals above 18 years of age.
These terms and conditions as well as any amendments thereof are part of a contract between you and Done Card and govern the use of Done Card.
Any duplication of an Done Card account will be subject to cancellation.
A Done Card once submitted for purchase will not be cancelled.
Done Card shall not be liable/responsible for any defect in the product/merchandise/goods or services availed through the Done Card. Done Card does not warranty against any damage or defect for the above mentioned transactions.
The Done Card is not subject to redemption or renewal.
Done Card and card number is the exclusive property of Done Card. You hereby unconditionally agree to destroy the card on its cancellation or if required to do so under our instructions.
You agree to pay the full amount of the value of this Done Card.
Done Card shall not be responsible for any misuse of the Done Card.
Donecard.com reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Done Card without any prior notice.
All disputes pertaining to Done Card will be resolved by Done Card at sole discretion. Decision of Done Card in this regard shall be final.
All transactions through Done Card are subject to applicable Indian laws.
All dispute arising out of any transaction pertaining to the use of Done Card, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
Transaction charges may be applicable as per the current policy of the company
